The state of the world today is in flux and turmoil, and many are looking for a sanctuary. A well-appointed destination with an atmosphere of peace, play, and creativity. A country setting, with luxurious, cozy amenities to visit again and again. We we have found the perfect place and have made it our goal to restore this abandoned treasure to its former glory…and beyond!

Our mission is to be a top-notch tourist destination. With a feeling of community…on the edge of artistic culture, and sustainable living, that will enrich the lives of our visitors and neighbors.

We’ve already completed major milestones on our path to creating the vibrant and flourishing haven that we envision. We’re now looking for partners to join us on our journey as we complete the renovations needed to fully realize our dream. Once complete, Arrowhead Ranch and Retreat will be a unique boutique resort hotel with luxurious amenities including a restaurant, pub, indoor event center and spa, outdoor stage, residential recording studio and, of course, our horse stables and barn where our rescued animals can continue to thrive.

We embody this vision in our everyday actions. From our community events to creating valuable local employment opportunities to our involvement with meaningful organizations like The Worldwide Daffodil Project. We are proud to be a partner to this group who aspires to build a worldwide Living Holocaust Memorial by planting 1.5 million Daffodils in memory of the children who perished in the Holocaust and in support for children suffering in humanitarian crises in the world today. https://www.daffodilproject.net/. In the Fall of 2024, we planted a daffodil garden in memory of Bill Graham, a Holocaust survivor who was raised by a foster family in the US after being chaperoned out of Germany just before WWII. Bill ended up working as a waiter in at Grossingers and The Concord hotels in Sullivan County before becoming the legendary music promoter we all know. He curated an amazing summer lineup of shows in Arrowhead Ranch in 1991 that included Phish and The Band, and is a cherished member of our storied history.

Job Openings

We need to expand our team and are looking for enthusiastic & positive people!

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor as we restore this legendary 30 room hotel, music venue, and dude ranch!

Currently Arrowhead Ranch in Parksville NY hosts guests in 4 busy glamping sites, has public and private events throughout the summer, hosts excursions around the local area, and is home to a horse rescue with private boarder horses, for a total of 24 animals!

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Duties to include managing glamping reservations, research projects, social media posts, newsletter, fundraising, and general office work. Hours flexible and can be worked from home. 2-4 hours per week to start. Pay is $15-20 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses awarded for milestones of achievement. Opportunity for advancement.

EXCURSION HOSTS:

Licensed drivers needed for our van tours around the local Sullivan County area, such as our popular brewery tour. Also need knowledgeable and friendly guides for our waterfall hikes. Work is on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and is based on bookings.

FESTIVAL STAFF:
Flexible shifts available, be part of the fun at our public concerts and private parties! Greeters , Parking Attendants, Photographers, Food truck cooks/servers, and Stage hands. Pay based on experience. Jobs vary hourly or day rates.

BARN WORK:

Need part time helper for horse feedings and barn chores. Should be local to the area, and at least some horse experience. Paid position

Volunteers needed to help with rescue animals- grooming, and getting used to being handled.

WORK TRADE:

A few limited residential positions will be coming available for site workers at Arrowhead. Need at least some carpentry skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and have own health insurance. We can provide housing, some transportation, and groceries.
