We are a team of music lovers, with a strong leaning toward running a conscious business. Many
of our lives were touched by the legendary Arrowhead Ranch. We feel
that with climate change, the political climate, and the general state of
the world today, "The Times, They Are A-Changin", and people like us are
looking for a sanctuary. Not just any sanctuary, but a well-appointed
retreat destination that feels comforting... like home. A place in a
country setting, with luxurious and cozy amenities that compel our friends
and customers back again and again! A place with a full calendar of
happenings, workshops and events that are inspiring, fun, and not to be
missed!
We have found, and now are the proud owners of the perfect place to build such a
retreat! A place with a auspicious history of music and magic, and a little bit of madness.
We believe now is the time, and have made it our mission to restore this amazing treasure to its
former glory... and beyond!
The Arrowhead Ranch is located in Parksville, NY in the southern tier of the Catskill Mountains.
It's a gorgeous 70-acre compound with a lovely private lake,
located just 100 miles from New York City. In the late 80s and early 90s
the fields rang out with laughter and music, its 55 hotel rooms were
filled, and hosted some of the finest musical acts on its stage.
including The Band, Richie Havens, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Hot Tuna, Max Creek,
Blues Traveler, Spin Doctors, The Radiators, Ziggy Marley, Lenny Kravitz,
and a legendary Phish concert in 1991!
The Arrowhead is poised to be a source of rich culture for Sullivan
County, which is currently experiencing a renaissance and
resurgence of arts, music and tourism! It is 17 miles from Bethel Woods, the site of the
original Woodstock Festival in 1969... and 20 miles from the brand new Resorts
World Casino in Monticello.
When construction of the new Arrowhead Ranch and Retreat is completed, the
facilities on site will consist of a hotel rooms and condos, a restaurant/pub, indoor event
center and spa, outdoor stage, residential recording studio, and horse stables.
When we look around our newly acquired ranch, we rememebr how it used to
be... times that WE were a part of, wonderful times that filled our hearts with joy!
With our team's experience in business, hotel management, site engineeering and architecture,
we are anxious to rebuild this legend.
